Frank is the co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of EZA Hill. Prior to joining EZA Hill, he was the Portfolio Manager and Head of Transactions at PGIM Real Estate from 2018-2022 where he oversaw the value-added fund series and led the transactions deal teams covering Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and South Korea. Before PGIM, Frank was co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Viva Industrial Trust, a Singapore-listed REIT that merged with ESR-REIT in 2018. Frank graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in Economics.
Prior to joining EZA Hill, Larry worked at Axiom Asia Private Capital, where he managed the finance, tax and fund operations of the funds managed by the firm. Before Axiom, Larry was with HOPU Investments, where he played a critical role in driving various investment closing and oversaw all finance, accounting, capital markets and tax matters for HOPU’s affiliate company - Triwater Asset Management Holdings – which specialized in real estate investments. Prior to that, Larry was a Fund Controller at Partners Group. Larry graduated from the University of Western Australia with a B.Comm in Accounting and Finance and is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA Australia).
Prior to joining EZA Hill, Justin worked at Hines, an established global fund manager, where he covered the Southeast Asian markets. He has also worked for 32RE, a real estate fund management startup, where he was involved in transactions and business development. Justin began his career as an analyst at PGIM Real Estate, responsible for both transactions and asset management. Justin graduated from National University of Singapore with a B.Sc. in Real Estate.
Prior to joining EZA Hill, Jordain worked at CBRE, an established global leader in commercial real estate and investments, where he covered the Asia-Pacific region. In CBRE, Jordain was responsible for asset management of properties across the APAC region. Jordain graduated from National University of Singapore with a B.Sc. in Real Estate (Specialisation in Real Estate Finance).
Prior to joining EZA Hill, Elaine worked at Openspace Ventures, a Southeast Asia focused venture capital firm, where she managed finance and fund operations. Earlier in her career, Elaine was with Vistra, a leading global fund administrator, where she specialized in fund administration and investor reporting. Elaine graduated from the University of Exeter with a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance.
